I’m Kellie, Earth and Evolve founder, professional scientist and ICF Approved coach, here to be your best-kept secret or your howling advocate. With me on your team, you don’t just set goals; you evolve into the person capable of achieving your WILDest dream.

My work brings Western science together with metaphysics to create a powerful, grounded, transformational experience.

The Work I Do

I specialise in transformational coaching, a modality that supports you to create a fundamental shift in beliefs, behaviours and patterns that shape your life. My approach blends:

This is coaching for people who want both strategy and soul. Action and attunement. Vision and embodiment.

Working with a qualified coach matters. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching from Swinburne University and am actively working toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. As an ICF member, I am bound by their Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

Over the last two years, I’ve coached engineers, scientists, fine artists, yoga teachers, allied health professionals and naturopaths. I’ve also championed internal coaching and mentoring programs from conception to launch.

The Scientist Behind Earth+Evolve

I’ve spent more than 25 years as an Environmental Scientist, specialising in site contamination assessment. I’m a Certified Environmental Professional – Site Contamination (CEnvP-SC) through EIANZ, a mentor in their professional program, and a panel member for certification assessments.

I deeply understand the pressures scientists, engineers and technical professionals face, the burnout, the nonlinear career paths, and the longing for meaningful impact.

The Metaphysical Thread

I’ve always known there was more than the material world.

I trained as an astrologer in 1999, and in 2020 transitioned my practice to 13-Sign Sidereal Astrology, completing over 100 celestial charts mapped to the actual sky.

I trained as a yoga teacher (500-hr) and have taught both group classes and online programs for more than seven years. Yoga is my method for returning to centre and I help my clients find theirs too.

In 2017, a profound personal transformation initiated me into the Intuitive Intelligence Method, a modality for dissolving limiting beliefs, navigating discomfort, and accessing non-local intuition. This method is woven through all my service offerings.

I am also a trained Circle Facilitator and the creator Witxh Church, through which I’ve facilitated more than 50 women’s circles and held space at The Seven Sisters Festival for 100+ women across two days.

A Creatrix at heart, I design and publish the annual Celestial Seasons Calendar and previously trained astrologers in 13-Sign Sidereal Astrology through my Soul Service Astrology Professional program.

I’m currently writing my first book on the Cosmic and Celestial Seasons, a guide to living, creating and dreaming in harmony with the sky.
