Before working with Kellie, my career had felt like it reached a plateau. I was a Senior Environmental Scientist in a low-level Project Management role with little opportunity to be challenged by the technical work I was passionate about. I wasn't sure how to move forward — or even if forward was possible.

Coaching with Kellie helped me find confidence in myself and, more importantly, helped me build a path that was aligned with my career objectives, not just the needs of the business. What followed was transformative: I started winning public tenders, became far more intentional about the clients and projects I took on, and as a result began delivering more complex projects.

My business was a hobby when I started with Kel.
